1. Warranty Coverage
MadeToBloom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that each new MadeToBloom Hair Dryer (“Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from the original date of purchase, as evidenced by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., official receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
In the event that a covered defect is reported and verified within this warranty period, MadeToBloom will, at its sole discretion, provide a one-time replacement of the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value. Repair services are not provided under this warranty.
2. What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers only the following defects arising from normal household use:
- Product fails to power on despite correct use
- Malfunctioning heating element or airflow system
- Abnormal electrical behavior such as short-circuiting, smoking, or sparking
3. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply to any defect or damage arising from:
- Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or abuse (e.g., dropping, water exposure, or tampering)
- Use of the Product with incompatible voltage, power outlets, or adaptors
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, fading logos)
- Modifications, disassembly, attempted repairs, or service by unauthorized personnel
- Damage caused during transportation or shipping not arranged by MadeToBloom
- Use of the Product in a commercial, rental, or non-household environment
This warranty is void if the serial number or any product label is removed, defaced, or altered.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Submit a written claim to MadeToBloom via nativebeauty.sg@gmail.com
- Provide valid proof of purchase showing the purchase date and product details
- Return the full product (including original packaging and accessories, where possible)
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. The customer is responsible for shipping the Product to MadeToBloom unless otherwise agreed. Replacements will only be provided after the defective unit is received and verified.
MadeToBloom reserves the right to inspect and verify the claimed defect before issuing a replacement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- MadeToBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Product.
- The total liability of MadeToBloom shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
6. Other Conditions
- This warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorised MadeToBloom retailers or our official channels.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- A maximum of one (1) warranty replacement will be provided per purchased unit.
7. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
